Fresume.com provides product information and career resources. Content is educational and should not be treated as a guarantee of interviews, job offers, or hiring outcomes.

Product use

Fresume provides account access, subscription plans, AI resume building and processing, cover letter generation, an ATS resume checker, resume-to-job match scoring, a job board with semantic matching, a job tracker, Chrome extension autofill, and voice-based interview practice. You are responsible for reviewing your application materials and submitting accurate information.

Accounts and acceptable use

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information, to use Fresume only for lawful job-search purposes, and not to resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.

How does Fresume billing work?

Fresume offers a Free plan at $0 and a Premium plan at $17.49/month. A $2.95 7-day trial is also available; unless you cancel during the trial, it converts to the $17.49/month Premium plan. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel, and payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your account settings and keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request one, email [email protected].

Intellectual property

The Fresume name, software, and site content, including resume and cover letter templates, are owned by Fresume or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The resumes, cover letters, and other documents you create remain yours; you grant Fresume the limited permission needed to store and process them so we can provide the service.

No outcome guarantee and limitation of liability

Fresume provides tools to help you apply for jobs; it is not a guarantee of interviews, job offers, or hiring outcomes.
